(October 16, 2025) — Drivers heading north on Barracuda Boulevard should prepare for a detour beginning October 20, as the northbound lane will be closed for approximately one month. The closure is expected to impact access to popular local destinations including the Marine Discovery Center and Artists' Workshop NSB.
🚗 Detour Details During the closure, visitors traveling to these locations will need to use Quay Assisi as an alternate route. The southbound lane of Barracuda Boulevard will remain open throughout the construction period, allowing continued access for southbound traffic.
