To request the removal of any published content, the complainant must provide verifiable legal documentation. Acceptable forms of proof include:

  • ✅ A formal letter from a licensed attorney outlining the legal basis for removal

  • ✅ A court-issued document confirming dismissal, resolution, or legal action relevant to the content in question

Requests without proof will be denied. We do not act on emotional appeals, anonymous complaints, or attempts to pressure our editorial team through scare tactics or public outrage.

🚫 What Does Not Qualify for Removal

We will not remove content based on:

  • Personal discomfort or disagreement with political views

  • Attempts to intimidate, threaten, or harass our staff

  • Social media campaigns or coordinated pressure tactics

  • Claims lacking documentation or legal standing

The Volusia Watch reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual or entity that engages in:

  • Harassment of our editorial staff, contributors, or management

  • Threats of violence, defamation, or coercion
